HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE?
General processing times are dependent on what is being made,
material supply and final quantity. Incorporate my design time (max 5 days) and upon
confirmation of final artworks – processing the order to manufacturing begins.
The manufacturing process can take up to 14 business days.
If your order is high in volume/quantity/has special finishes/special print methods/laser cutting/spot & UV ink printing – the turnaround times can go up to 28 working days in total.
For wedding day stationery I ask for final text information of stationery to be submitted no less than 1 month before the wedding, to allow time to make final changes and enough time for manufacturing.
I cannot guarantee rush orders/my availability at the time of your order,
however I will confirm my availability upon request.
Rush orders do incur an additional cost *based on requirement.
*Roughly 15% total invoice total.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
All orders are shipped via The Courier Guy
I ship parcels on Tuesdays and Thursdays each week, excluding public holidays.
My week is split into design, production, admin and manufacturing – please consider this when waiting for a response from me. I am an independent designer <3
Once your package are in transit with the courier, they are in control of handling and for any problems please contact them and provide them with your tracking number for assitance.
When the package has been shipped, it is out of my hands and I am no longer in control to what happens to them.
Buyers, always double check the addresses provided in your order as well as a contact number.
Ensure that your address provided is correct as I am not able to change the address after shipping has been completed on my side.
I can not stipulate time slots for delivery – we make use of eco shipping as a standard and overnight for outlying areas. Please use the tracking number provided with your order shipping confirmation on this link: The Courier Guy
